Thanks to Virgin Trains for a really interesting Omniplex eLC event. Attendees enjoyed a complete tour of Virgin Trains Talent Academy in Crewe including their on-site Pendolino train. One of the interesting aspects was how Virgin Trains have used the Grayrigg train derailment as a catalyst to build a fantastic crisis response training programme and facility.
